"Hello… On January 31, we walked into State Farm feeling stressed about an issue with our Farmers auto insurance. From the moment we arrived, Sir Robert D. welcomed us and asked how he could assist. We explained our situation, and he took the time to thoroughly walk us through State Farm’s auto policy options. Within less than an hour, not only did we secure our new auto policy, but we also added life insurance—something we had previously inquired about with Farmers but never received clear answers on.
